Measures to Protect the Faithful
We are taking steps to safely re-open our Church, with recommendations and guidelines set forth by our Metropolitan and the local government.
The partial re-opening will be June 7, 2020 - this is Feast of the Pentecost.
We have estimated that 38 parishioners is an appropriate number to start with due to the size of our church building.
Because families can be considered one unit this number may go as high as 48. In order to keep to this limit, participation in services will be by reservation only.
Send an email to email@example.com to reserve a place in church.
PLEASE READ FATHER PHILLIP'S & THE PARISH COUNCIL'S MESSAGE REGARDING THE CHURCH PARTIAL RE-OPENING
The Faithful should continue to pray from their homes, and participate in online broadcasts of Church services.
Recently, we have established the Assumption of the Virgin Mary Internet Ministry which allows you to watch live streams of our Holy Week Services, access apps that connect you to the Divine Liturgy, light a candle, and make an offering in the "Virtual Tray."
